These repositories and their readme's are meant to function as a programming portfolio. I'm a UC Berkeley physics grad student currently.
musical-key-finder. A python project that uses several standard/otherwise very common libraries to determine the key that a song (an .mp3) is in, i.e. F major or C# minor, with annotations and some examples.
189bgw_quick_start. Guide in a markdown page (potential BGW manual update one day) for using BerkeleyGW to calculate one's own materials.
6particle-dynamics. A small python project showing the evolution of a system of gas particles as they cool to temperatures near 0 Kelvin.
6mathematica-dynamics. A few physics simulations written in Mathematica notebooks, simulating the dynamics of an arbitrary n-spring system, a double pendulum, and a relativistic/nonrelativistic charged particle in different electromagnetic fields.
3lorrax_sandbox. Sandbox/harness for agents to test GW etc. calculations with the LORRAX module to BerkeleyGW
