vlm4ocr. Python package and Web App for OCR with vision language models.

Scanned_sleep_study_info_extraction. This is an information extraction OCR-NLP project. We use a random sampled set of 955 sleep study reports (in PDF) from University of Texas Medical Branch to develop an data pipeline for extracting apnea hypopnea index (AHI) and oxygen saturation (SaO2).
