tuibox. A single-header terminal UI (TUI) library, capable of creating mouse-driven, interactive applications on the command line.
317vt100utils. A single-header C library for encoding, decoding, and doing useful things with ANSI graphics escape sequences.
34bdfedit. A terminal-based, mouse-driven BDF (bitmap) font editor.
27mode7. A pure-Javascript perspective transform (a la SNES Mode 7).
27termgl. A terminal-based renderer for OpenGL shaders. Like Shadertoy, but in the terminal.
12colorslide. A fast, terminal-based color picker with mouse support. Allows for color picking in RGBA, HSL, and CMYK.
11ntwm. A tiny, frameless, keyboard-driven tiling window manager with multimonitor support, written in ANSI C.
