jelp. jelp exposes an argparse CLI as machine-readable JSON (now OpenCLI-shaped), so tools and LLMs can reason about commands/options without scraping --help text. Also in this repo is a benchmarking test suite for the purpose of determining whether jelp, or the motivation for it and results from using the OpenCLI schema justify the pursuit.
