ALG-1-Photobioreactor. ALG-1 is a controlled photobioreactor designed for the cultivation of edible microalgae, specifically spirulina (Arthrospira Platensis). The system was developed to explore closed-loop nutrient generation for aquaponic environments and remote installations where resupply is limited or unavailable.
